Ammolite Flame Copper Collar Necklace

I used a STUNNING piece of Ammolite (1 7/8″ x 1″) in this necklace. Ammolite is a fossil that is prized for it’s amazing fire & color change like that of an Opal. This stone ranges in color from blood red to orange, gold, and green. The black markings or matrix in this stone is called “dragon skin”. Bezel set in copper to my hammered & shaped copper neck band. This band is shaped to fit the neck perfectly & is so easy & comfortable. I’ve heated the copper with my torch to bring out the flame colors. Definite statement piece, elegant & stunning. Size is adjustable to fit most. Copper has been sealed to prevent color change. Thanks for looking! ****Sorry-SOLD!
