I used a gorgeous piece of Red Labradorite (almost 1 1/4″ x about 3/4″ at widest) in this pendant. I used a gorgeous piece of Labradorite ( 1 1/8″ x almost 3/4″) in this collar necklace. Great fire & awesome color play with almost every color of the rainbow. It’s bezel set in 14kt gold fill to my blue purple patina Nu Gold Brass collar necklace band. This is a technique where I change the color of the metal by adding a chemical during the heating process with my torch. This is a permanent color change to the metal not paint. Band is about 1/2″ wide and size is adjustable to fit most. These collars are very comfortable and are shaped to fit perfectly around your neck. Metal has been sealed to protect finish. I love this piece! The great thing about this finish is that it’s actually a neutral. Although there are many colors in it, they are toned down so it would go with anything. Thanks for looking!

I used a gorgeous piece of Ammolite (1 1/4″ x 1/2″ at widest) in this copper pendant. Ammolite is a fossil that is prized for it’s amazing fire & color change like an that of an Opal. This piece appears deep blood red, but changes from orange to green depending on the angle. Bezel set in copper to a hammered and shaped flame copper background. This is one of my large art piece pendants. I used a gorgeous, very bright piece of Ammolite (2 1/8″ x 1″). Bezel set in shiny 14kt gold fill to a Bronze background. Smokey Bronze wave on one side curls around stone and shiny polished Bronze wave cascades down on the other. Smokey Bronze is when I hammer & oxidize the metal to give texture and an antique look. Total length of this pendant is almost 5 1/2″ and it’s 1 3/4″ at widest. Although I consider this one of my art pieces, it is very wearable. This piece makes an impact, very dramatic. This great texture is made by first hammering the copper. Then I apply a patina that achieves the color green/blue similar to the color that copper takes naturally as it ages. I added two different colored Turquoise nuggets & copper beads to set the pendant off. Pendant measures 1 1/2″ and is attached to a gorgeous copper filigree chain. 1 1/2″ extender for varied length with Turquoise drop at the end. Copper is sealed to prevent tarnish.
