Love this cuff! This is an awesome technique where I change the color of the metal (Nu Gold Brass) with a chemical I use with my torch. This is not paint or an added topical color. This technique creates swirls of deep cobalt blue and purple. I bezel set a beautiful piece of Ammolite (1″ x 7/8″) to the band. I polished shiny just around the edge of the stone to make it “pop”. Width of band is a tad over 1 1/4″ and size is adjustable to fit most. Metal has been sealed to protect finish. This cuff is really unique…really colorful & shiny…never seen anything like this. I used a gorgeous piece of Turquoise (1 1/8″ x almost 3/4″) in this free form shaped copper pendant. Turquoise is bezel set in copper to a hammered and shaped copper background. Sterling silver decoration. Braided copper necklace included with purchase. Necklace has a lobster claw clasp & 2″ extender chain. Length of pendant is 2 3/4″ and is 1 1/4″ at widest. I wanted this piece to have a raw, earthy feel to it. I used a great piece of Turquoise (1 1/2″ x 1 1/8″) with a cascade of blue and green color across it. Bezel set in copper to a hammered copper band with upturned edge. I fired the copper to bring out rich tones and then sanded it to bring forth the bright copper on raised areas & create texture. I used a piece of Druzy Agate ( 15mm) with great light catching crystals in this ring. Bezel set in shiny 14kt gold fill to a hammered Bronze band. Band is 11mm wide and size is 9, but can go up 1-2 sizes. To go smaller just let me know. The magic happens when I oxidize the Bronze to bring out the detail. I used a beautiful piece of Pietersite ( 12mm x 6mm ) with great swirls of iridescent color and paired it with a piece of Amber ( 10mm ) with lots of sparkle inclusions. Made to Order!! The metal is Nu Gold Brass- a type of Brass that mimics yellow Gold. Smooth, satin finish with slightly upturned edge. Super shiny, very pretty. Inside is sealed to prevent color change to the skin. Polishing pads are included to keep outside shiny.
