I am in love with this piece of Larimar! The patterns and colors are so amazing! I liked that this Larimar ( 1 1/8″ x 3/4″) had the deep azure blue turtle back pattern, but also a beautiful sea green pattern at the top and bottom right. So unique! I paired it with an Opal ( 14mm x 11mm) of azure blue with waves of bright green flashes running through it. Always hard for me to capture the fire in Opals in my photos. Guaranteed to be much more beautiful in person. Bezel set in 14kt gold fill to an organic shaped Nu Gold Brass background. Nu Gold is a type of brass I love to work with because it has the richness & warmth of yellow gold. Sterling silver accent beads at top. Total length is 2 3/8″ and 1″ at widest. I used a very moody piece of Labradorite ( 1″ by almost 3/4″) that has all colors present: blues, greens, golds, orange/red. It was really hard to capture all the colors in the pictures…the stone is just so shiny! I paired it with a piece of Abalone ( 10mm x 8mm ) with deep pools of the same colors. Both are bezel set in copper to a high polished copper background. I added sterling silver and 14kt gold filled beads for decoration. Total length of pendant is 2 1/4″ and is 7/8″ at widest. Petoskey Stone ( 1 1/2″ x 7/8″) fossil found in Michigan and free form bright blue Turquoise (5/8″ x 5/8″) are the stones I used in this pendant. I used 2 awesome Druzys in this pendant. The top is a Titanium Druzy ( 18mm x 13mm) and the bottom stone is the coolest I’ve seen in a while. It’s Azurite Druzy (1 1/2″ x 1″) and the colors are amazing. It has bright turquoise blue Azurite veins and royal blue crystals that sparkle beautifully. Really hard to capture the true beauty of this stone in a pic..it’s VERY rare & unusual. Both stones are bezel set in copper to an organic shaped & hammered background. The newest addition to my Lily Collection. This is one of my favorite designs & favorite stone. Labradorite or Spectrolite is a gemstone that has an iridescence that displays a beautiful array of colors. This one is superb with it’s gorgeous blues, greens, and golds. The stone is 1 5/8″ in height and 3/4″ at widest and a marquise shape. It is bezel set in copper with copper waves added and 14kt gold filled wire weaving through it. Total height is a tad over 3″ and is 1 1/2″ at widest. Metal is brought to a high polish & then professionally sealed with an anti-tarnish lacquer to resist color change. Native copper from here in Michigan is used to make this free-form sculpture. Splash Copper is made by melting the copper to a molten form & pouring onto a flat surface. After it cools patina is applied, highlights of copper are brought to a high polish, and then anti-tarnish lacquer is applied. Wrapped with copper wire total length from top of bail is 2 1/2″ and it’s 1 1/2″ at widest point. This is my medium size. I also have large & small sizes available. I used 3 very different types of Turquoise in this Pendant. The top stone is Mohave Turquoise characterized by its bright apple green color and inclusions or matrix of gold pyrite-18mm x 13mm. The middle stone is the blue turquoise you usually see, but in a great square shape 13mm x 11mm with a really great black matrix pattern. The bottom stone is a deep blue turquoise color 10mm x 8mm. All are bezel set in copper pendant with a hammered edge. I added sterling silver wire to bring the design together by creating contrast and texture. Total length is almost 3″. I used a gorgeous big piece of natural Turquoise ( 2 1/4″ x 1 3/4″) in this pendant. I added an enameled copper wave to create the half moon effect. This is another example of my enamel technique on copper. Inspired by the way the setting sun glows through the trees in my backyard at Twilight. Clear enamel is applied to copper and a kiln firing process is used to bring out the colors of the copper. Black Onyx size 25mm x 18mm is used in this piece. Copper waves are added. Introducing the Twilight Woods Collection. Inspired by the way the setting sun glows through the woods in my backyard at sunset. Really beautiful, so peaceful. Anyway, so this collection also featuring some of my new enamel work. Basically, glass is fused to the copper in a kiln. This piece has a gorgeous piece of 40mmx 30mm Labradorite set in copper. Enameled copper waves are added to the pendant measuring 3 1/4″ in height and 1 1/4″ at widest point. All the colors you see are copper -brought out with the clear enamel. I used a round Opal Mosaic stone on top and a piece of Lapis on the bottom of this Pendant. The Opal Mosaic is created using pieces of real Opal and assembling them together-measures 3/4″. The Lapis Lazuli at the bottom has a beautiful inclusion of Pyrite and measures about 1/2″. Both are set in copper pendant with light hammered edge measuring 2 1/2″ by about 1″. Silver scroll detail.
