Pendants

I used a gorgeous piece of green Turquoise (25mm x 18mm) at the top of this pendant and an equally beautiful teardrop shaped piece of green Turquoise (20mm x 15mm) at the bottom. Both are bezel set in 14 kt gold fill to a Nu Gold brass background. Sterling silver beaded detail at top. Total length of pendant is just over 2 1/2″ and 1 1/4″ at widest. I paired a gorgeous big piece of Petoskey ( 1 1/2″ x 1 1/8″ ) and a bright blue piece of Turquoise (3/4″ x 1/2″) in this stunning pendant. Petoskey is a fossil found here in Michigan & it’s our state stone. Bezel set in copper to a hammered and shaped copper background with sterling silver detail. I call this “Amulet” because I have one of this design that I have been wearing for years to my Art Shows & my customers call it my Amulet. For those of you who know what I am talking about, this is the smaller version of mine. An Amulet is an object that brings good luck or protection to its owner…so I guess I like the name! I used 3 very different types of Turquoise in this Pendant. The top stone is Mohave Turquoise characterized by its bright apple green color and inclusions or matrix of gold pyrite-18mm x 13mm. The middle stone is the blue turquoise you usually see, but in a great square shape 13mm x 11mm with a really great black matrix pattern. The bottom stone is a deep blue turquoise color 10mm x 8mm. All are bezel set in copper pendant with a hammered edge. I added sterling silver wire to bring the design together by creating contrast and texture. Total length is almost 3″. Comes with my handmade neck ring either all copper or silver & copper- both are pictured. Just let me know which neck ring you’d like! ***SOryy-SOLD!
